
This application really showcases the ability to apply IVRI to what is usually an overwhelming task and makes it simpler, faster, and more cost-efficient as well. If your company has hundreds or thousands of employees to train, certify, or evaluate, the administration process alone can be staggering in terms of time and money! Tests to print and then distribute, taking the test itself, gathering the completed tests from multiple sites, and then of course, grading and disseminating the results. With IVRI, imagine taking that same test 24 hours a day from any touch-tone phone using the keys to input the answers. Scoring is done automatically at the end of the test letting the employee know the results instantly. Best of all, the whole process from start to finish can be done in less than a week.
A Custom Fit... We will set up a program that is specifically tailored to your testing needs, whether you need a one time test, for example a new product or service release, or maybe you need a whole series of tests that covers several products, practices, or processes. In either case, the employee dials a toll-free 800 number and then enters a unique ID number (Employee ID's work great) to gain access to the test. The questions themselves are randomized on each call so there's no temptation for employees to share questions or answers with others. Question types can be any mix of multiple choice, true/false, or fill the blank. At the conclusion, our system can tally the score instantly and provide the results to the employee. You can also set up parameters on the maximum number of attempts an employee can make to try to pass the test. We can also assist you in notifying the employees about the test and the specific 800 number they should call. This can be done either via e-mail or fax. Past experience shows that even a simple business card size announcement that can be easily produced and distributed is enough to get the work out. We've also learned that small incentives such as hats, T-shirts, or pens provided by a vendor can really attract more participation in the program. If you do elect to supply some sort of incentive, we can help you with the fulfillment process as well. Supply us with an employee database and we can send out reminder messages via fax or e-mail to those who have not attempted to take the test. |
